nice plastic

This is my kind of wine glass.  It is first and foremost advertised as unbreakable plastic, it is classic in design and has a sturdy looking base, and it is dishwasher safe.  BPA-free is especially nice.

I found this gem of a glass after first searching Pinterest for "unbreakable wine glass" and not liking the quality of my first selected image.  I clicked through the links and discovered that it linked to Amazon.  I searched there and found this beauty.  Yes, I much prefer the visual appeal of this image over the other.  Both images were of the same general item.

If I had an over-abundance of cabinet space or if I was just starting out with my first place OR replacing everything, I'd probably purchase several of these nifty "glasses".  I believe that a couple of these unbreakable wine glasses and a nice bottle {or box} of wine would be a much welcomed "welcome to your new home" gift.

hunting season

My loving husband is an avid hunter.  He gifted me with a similar pair of camo yoga pants last year.

seven days ago

my complimentary glass of Chianti @ Olive Garden on Valentine's Day 2013

A week ago, my loving husband took our daughter and I out for a nice dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day.  We weren't the only ones there by a long shot.  We were told that it would be an hour and forty-five minutes before we would be seated.

Yes, a one hundred and five minute wait for supper after an hour drive to the restaurant.  We waited because... well, we really wanted Olive Garden.

I noticed a guy {Olive Garden employee} offering wine tasting to the left of the hostesses.  After we found a place to sit {very crowded}, I made a bee-line for him and asked him if he could make a recommendation.  He asked me if I preferred red or white, sweet or dry... I said red and that I wasn't sure about the sweet or dry option.

He offered Chianti and it was so tasty that I went back for seconds.  *wink*

By the time we were finally seated, I ordered a full glass of Chianti.  I discovered that Chianti is definitely a sipping wine {at least for me}.  My hubby tried to encourage me to sip faster after the dessert was served because our waitress was hovering.  I ended up leaving wine on the table because I couldn't gulp it down quick enough.

NOTE: My two freebies were no where close to being even half full.  Definitely tasters.

crafty and unique

Source: etsy.com via Ashley on Pinterest

These particular yoga pants are no longer available on Etsy but they are nifty.

Looks like the maker recycled tshirts...

I wouldn't attempt making your own version of these pants while drinking wine but using those tshirts in your closet that you never wear and your handy dandy serger... You can make your very own pair of custom yoga pants.

Depending on your skill level, no one will doubt that ya enjoy wine.  *wink*
